An 11yr old was brutally attacked stabbed and raped while her 4yr old brother watched helpless in their home in Braamfisherville this morning soon after her parents left for work. What has the State and the community done to address the lack of services desperately needed in that area to protect its children? - the last public outcry was after the filmed gang rape of a 17yr old intellectaully challenged girl in this same area went viral - we all called on officials to do something to improve conditions for the sake of the children especially! - it seems after this horrific crime - nothing has been done!!!! We are still seeing flawed police investigations, inconsistent sentencing for child rapists....rape must be a life sentence and no bail once a rapist is caught!
