Age old formula for renewal: The 4As (C/E) (A/G) A.cknowledge-meant, A.cceptance, A.pology, Forgiveness ( Four-give-ness) Factored by (Multiply by) C.ompassion/Empathy, and factor that by (and all encompassed with) A.ppreciation and G.ratitude Mode of all crossroads decision making and Aspiration to follow and/or precede accordingly; -Love (Grace/Elegance etc) knows the way, all-ways, be-cause Love all-ready is the way all-ways. Thus ; Intends and aspires to act and respond for the highest good of all, over-all, big picture, long term. -What shall Love (spirit/overall well being long term) do through me, with me, as me, now.... -We are not our past, we just have one(s)... (nor are we our body, genetics, ego, programming nor conditioning (etc), we just have some... ) -Hurt-full people are full of hurt, get out of their way, and offer how to get water for their fire -We didnt start the fire tho we need to stop feeding it, redirect and get the fire of ourselves back undercontrol -The spiritual warrior defends the sacred and never attacks and...(from Chi Gong) Source attune-meant stress/anxiety release/power breath cleanse... (Vase breath, Body is like a Vase) -Exhale fully all air -then inhale from the Universe through your belly/diaphragm, up to crown and back down, repeat ...times (Dont need to exhale so fully after 1st time. Do this every day until it becomes automatic again)
