An Amazing story! Imam Abu Hanifah and the atheist. Abu Hanifah (RA) once had a debate with an atheist, he managed to defeat the atheist even before the debate started! The atheist had no reply to what was said all he could do was quietly get up and leave, so what happened? The atheist patiently waited as there were no signs of Imam Abu Hanifah, he waited and waited until he began to laugh and began to remark” your best debater is to scared” Then finally Abu Hanifah (RA) showed up and proceeded explain his reasons for being late. I was making my way when I came to the river and realized there were no boats to cross the river, I waited and waited, then suddenly out of nowhere a tree fell down itself, cut itself into equal pieces, shaped itself, nailed itself together then without a navigator came to me I jumped in and it by itself took me across the river! The atheist burst out laughing saying what nonsense! how is that possible, a boat cant form it self in such a manner then mysteriously carry you across the river. At this imam Abu Hanifah (RA) replied “ ‘If you cannot believe that a boat came into being without a boat maker, than this is only a boat, how can you believe that the whole world, the universe, the stars, the oceans, and the planets came into being without a creator?” Allahuakbar! Brothers and sisters where are the Imam Abu Hanifahs of today? Who will do the job? Especially now more than ever before there is a need for the Muslims to rise and intellectually defend Islam.
