An Amelia update... Shes doing good today. She slept through the night with only a few peeps. She claims her lip isnt hurting her. Our biggest struggle is getting her to take her medicine and let us tend to the stitches. We have to clean the area a couple times a day and then put an ointment on them. She hates that. Eating is a challenge, but honestly, she always fights us when comes to eating, so thats no surprise. Shes had yogurt, pudding, and tried (and loved) cream of wheat at lunch today. All in all, Im amazed at how well shes doing. She wont let us watch anything other than My Little Pony, so as long as she has that, I guess shes okay. Im not going to fight her on it, but I have resorted to headphones and my iPhone for my sanity. :) Thanks to everyone who has been asking about her!
