An Apology to our Clients .. Our network is currently malware free. - Juicy Jay, CEO & Founder No Advertising Network is immune to Malware. Today some of our AdServers were compromised, which caused some malicious code to be distributed from our Ad Network this morning. This did not affect all clients. We are happy to report that none of our Advertisers were responsible for the incident and their campaigns were not to blame. We continue to have industry-leading and strict anti-malware procedures and policies, as well as continuous scanning for malware and viruses. The domain used in the attack was juicyads.bz and is not owned or operated by JuicyAds. This domain is an illegal use of our Trademark and is being used for distribution of malware. Our network is currently clean and we have gathered a lot of evidence and continue to do so. Authorities in multiple countries are taking further action regarding the incident. The good news is, that no matter how bad the bad guys are .. they make us better at being good. We have proactively upgraded our systems to avoid a future incident, but no Ad Network is perfect. The battle is never over, but we will continue to protect our Publishers from any significant issues in the future. We love your websites as much as you do, and we appreciate your continued business and patience as we continue to build a Better ad network, not just a Bigger one. There will be additional announcements coming in the next week (good news!) and a Rebate for ALL of our clients to purchase advertising space, yay! To those who may have been affected by Google or Attack Page warnings .. dont panic. The malware has been removed, so you can simply login to Google Webmaster Tools and Request your Website to be reviewed. Links are provided on block pages and by viewing your Safe Browsing page at Google: google/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site={YOUR DOMAIN} (You may notice that even Google isnt immune to malware on their domain) You may also search or request a review of your domain at StopBadware.org To all of our clients, I am sorry this happened. Tommorrow is a better day and we hope youll keep it Juicy.
