An Appeal to CM : Sub:-Application with regards the centre examnations with in kashmir valley instead of jammu. Revered sir, with great reverence and paramount veneration the applicants would like to focus your attention towards our genuine problem. 1. That the recent rains and inundated flood has engulfed whole kashmir valley badly. 2. That in Present circumstances it is not only difficult but in accessible to conduct our center examinations in Jammu. 3. That the devastation is still prevailing in kashmir valley and is very difficult to move from one place to another.
