An Email from a future customer who didnt use VIP for parking at the airport. message: Sunday evening , I flew in from Virginia I was exhausted and all I wanted was to get home . As instructed I called the shuttle service I had used ( not yours) I waited and waited , your driver had come by twice on pick ups and was waiting on a passenger. He stayed with me and said if my shuttle didnt come by the time he left he would take me to my car. Well they did finally come, your driver loaded my suitcases for me gave me coupons and business cards. The moral to this story is your driver got the $5.00 tip. I keep saying your driver , he told me his name, I didnt write it down as I thought it would be on one of the business cards . But I want you to know as a partner in a local st. Aug. Business, this is the kind of man you want representing your company. He was courteous and kind and reassuring to a very weary traveler, he was knowledgeable about services and sought to promote business for your company. But most of all , he made me feel safe by telling me he would drop me off. I had never used a shuttle service before and tried it out for the first time because my return trip wasa night flight and I didnt want to be alone in a dark parking lot.
