An Open Letter To Chief Minister: Your decisions would have disastrous effects on education system : This is in response to your decision of inclusion of 5 years of service and transfer policy of ReTs . Sir i may bring it to your kind notice that first you did everything for employed person only and nothing for unemployed ones. Secondly your decision to inclusion of 5 years and transfer of Rets would have disastrous effects on education system of J& k. All the Rets would leave their schools in far flung areas and join the same in plains and the poor children for which they were employed would be left to lurch. Moreover the R.ets would enjoy perks in lower areas and higher reaches and far off places would be left to mercy of God. Now the inclusion of 5 years service for promotionary benefits has created divide among SSRB teachers and R.et teachers. If on one side you won hearts of Rets then on other side you created your enemys.. SSRB teachers would face discrimination because they were employed on merit and higher degrees and would hardly get promotion to next higher level in their service tenure while the Rets who were employed as 10+2 pass outs would get promotion before them. This decision if not revoked in mean time would lead to disaster in education system and ultimately it is common man who suffers in the end.
