An Update from our Sisters in Timor Leste - January 30 Sisters Mailyn and Remy have been out of electricity for some time. They cooked all foods in their refrigerator and fed villagers before the food spoiled. As a result, their New Years menu was a box of noodles! They are purchasing a small and handy generator to connect it to the refrigerator since they have to go far to purchase food. They have battery flashlights for lighting when electricity is out and have prepared the rooms at the convent for six incoming aspirants who are arriving today, January 30. They still need to purchase chairs and tables. Please keep Sisters Mailyn and Remy in your prayers as they continue establishing our mission. Sister Remy is leading the pastoral programs and Sister Mailyn is taking care of the vocation and formation programs.
