An amazing woman I know named Abby was arrested in Ferguson, MO during a peaceful demonstration... for doing nothing. She was just there. The complete lack of regard and care for the people of color by the police in this video is disgusting and shameful. Abby is there from California, showing support for the citizens of Ferguson and to help honor the life of Mike Brown. I am sharing this because we cannot just move on from this and forget about it because we get wrapped up in every day life. If you dont think this effects you, you are dead wrong. This is a moment in our history, as US citizens, that gives us the opportunity to speak up for those who cannot so easily. If you are for true equality and moving forward for peace and freedom, please spread the word and share this video. And PLEASE do not forget about Mike Brown and the many young men and women like him who lost their lives due to injustice.
