Nobody seems to perceive, countless days and nights Have flown, dawned and dusked ceaselessly. Spontaneous and unhurried - You are Splendorously calm. Through a million years You patiently toil to make a little bud Bloom into a perfect flower.Yet endless time Has a short life to offer, so we grapple and jostle, No patience we have , for anything . Thus O Lord, flies my time in the incessant bid To attend to the innumerable trivialities - Empty lies my basket of offerings .
