“An authentic Jamaican experience” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday for a stay in September 2014 NEW My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and we found the experience to be wonderful the Views from Gibraltar Rock are amazing and it was surprisingly cool in the evenings which allowed us to sip wonderful cocktails on the veranda and talk tripe until the early hours :) - Brian and Donna (The owners) and their bright young daughters (Scarlett and Lola-Rae) were very engaging and full of ideas as to what to do during our time - they are ex-pats so appreciate the quirkiness of the Brit abroad and they were able to Taylor the experience of staying when them to suit the guest which was really refreshing. There was a driver at our disposal to get us to many of the local beaches - James Bond beach is about a 15 minute walk away and easily accessible. The highlight of the stay was a visit to the Blue Hole natural waterfall which was just beautiful. A tip when you are visiting many of the uber friendly local bars that both Donna and Brian know is to ask for a Flask (actually an empty qtr bottle of Wray and Nephew - dirt cheap!! Im really looking forward to returning an I hope there will be space for us come March 2015 :)
