An evening thunderstorm is passing through, i was outside waiting for it to come in chatting with my very cute Italian neighbor and then my husband joined us for a little bit but alas the lightning chased my neighbor in but i stayed outside waiting for the rain cause i wanted to stand out in it letting the drops wash over me. Its been awhile since i stood in the rain and enjoyed getting wet, it was a mixture of both heavy droplets and that misty rain fall i almost started to dance in the downfall but hesitated because there is quite a bit of lightning. In my younger years that didnt stop me my careless fearless spirit wanting to be free and dance in the thunderstorm and i did often but this time i stayed on my extended cement slab of a front porch not too far from the awning in case the lighting got cheeky near me ^_^ i then put my face towards the sky, eyes closed and let that element soak my head and shirt. And now i am safely inside have changed into my P.Js and i am about to go through my piles and piles of notebooks and composition journal entries of my past and hand writings i have forgotten. I hope everyone else had an awesome Hump Day ;)
