An experiment requires controlled variables. This woman is not dressed to be catcalled. The woman in NY wore a very tight-fitting shirt that emphasized her cleavage and overall curves. This woman is wearing a looser top that makes her look like any ordinary pedestrian. Not that the outcome would necessarily be different. Im pretty sure the social norms *are* different.
