The loss of precious life’s in result of artificial military tension (conflict) of Pakistan -India on cease fire line in recent past months. Strategy to promote pro Kashmiri policies to gain the broader support of Kashmiri diaspora and from the supporters of civil liberties . New strategy to unite indigenous Kashmiri masses and challenge and expose the occupation of Pakistan –India on international level .
