An internist and a Pediatrician were going hunting. They obviously both still see patients in their office and still examine them, laying hands on them. They asked their buddy the ER doc to join them but he didnt want to get his hands dirty and deferred to the radiologist to judge whether he actually hit a deer virtually on a video game. So they asked a hospital administrator who judges their performance based on protocols and statistics. All three saw the same deer at once. The internist fired first but missed 5 feet to the right. Then the pediatrician fired but missed 5 feet to the left. The hospital administrator then put down his gun and said I dont have to shoot. You fellas got him!. 21st century medicine.
