An open letter from me to Joan Rivers regarding the people sending her death threats on her Facebook page. Now Joan dont you worry about all these people saying nasty things. Theyre just concerned citizens. Im sure theyre on their way to Bashar Al Assads page to berate him for killing 18000 Palestinians in Syria and for killing three times as many Syrians as there were Palestinians killed since this started. Or maybe theyre on their way to Hassan Nassralahs page to give him a good talking to seeing as all Lebanese Palestinians are not allowed to vote or attend university which makes his calls to save gaza sound kind of hollow when you think about it. Maybe theyre on their way to Hamas leader Ismael Haniyehs page to tell him off for hopping on his private jet to a luxury hotel in Qatar as soon as this started while telling his people to remain in their homes even after receiving warnings of impending air strikes because Hamas use civilian homes and UNRWA schools to hide missiles. Perhaps theyre on their way to the ISIS website to give them a hard time for beheading children in Iraq. Im sure thats what theyre doing and not emptying a heap of vitriol on a self made woman who has managed to stay successful since the sixties when the business was dominated by men even more than it is today. So dont let them get to you.
