An open letter to the Town of Warren: You suck. We pay one of the highest tax rates in the region since your crappy laws and ordinances make it nearly impossible to keep a corporate tax base here. We get no mail delivery, no trash pickup and your town offices are open, like, every other Tuesday for an hour, but only if that occurs during the waning phase of the moon. Today you sent your Water Dept for a mandatory meter replacement and you forgot to turn the hot water on. A call to your office informs me cheekily that your hours are 9-1 and to call the police if it is an emergency. So I did. Because your ineptitude just became my emergency. Basically, f*ck you.
