An ornate baoli near the Bija Mandal temple complex in Vidisha .. The entrance of the step well marked by a beautiful lintel containing images of the gods..the dwar shakha has depictions of ganga yamuna on either sides (at the bottom) ..There are two exquisitely ornate pillars at the first landing of the step well ...The bija mandal temple was built by the Parmara king Naravarmana(AD 1094-1133) according to an inscription recovered from the temple ... The temple now in complete ruins is under the aegis of ASI Bhopal circle
