An unidentified asthmatic man who is obviously 400lbs, speaking with his hands, attempts to prevent his own arrest via overriding the command presence --- and is brought down by a total of 4 officers...the world is blaming a choke hold (illegal for NYPD officers to use) for the not-so-immediate death of Eric Garner? I am interested more in whether or not an existing or unknown medical condition was exasperated by the sudden physical exertion involved in performing the arrest.
