An unsettled pattern is going to continue over the coming 7-10 day - TopicsExpress

An unsettled pattern is going to continue over the coming 7-10 day period. Scattered showers and thunderstorms (some with very heavy rain) will continue to be a concern. It appears our eastern counties may see the best chances for heavy rain over the coming days. East meaning Evansville down towards Land Between the Lakes and eastward. Elsewhere there will continue to be 20%-40% rain chances. The chance for heavy rain increases over the coming days as a more tropical feed of moisture spreads northward out of the Gulf of Mexico. Some newsworthy flash flooding is not out of the question in a few spots (similar to the last few weeks). Best chances for this to occur would be over parts of southern Indiana down into the Pennyrile area of western Kentucky and eastward.
