An unusual collision is under investigation in Pitt Meadows. On Saturday night, a vehicle veered off Lougheed Hwy. An RCMP officer conducting speed enforcement at the scene saw a vehicle speeding toward the area and, for safety reasons, decided to flash emergency equipment. The driver made a spontaneous lane change, which resulted in the vehicle following behind it running off the roadway and crashing into a telephone pole.
