An update from Councilwoman Theresa Kail Smith: PWSA WILL REPAIR WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE ON KEARSARGE STREET Pittsburgh, PA – The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will be repairing a 15-inch sewer and a 6-inch water main on Kearsarge Street in Mount Washington. The PWSA contractor will be working Thursday, January 22, 2015 through Monday, February 9, 2015 from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Kearsage Street will be closed from Virginia Avenue to Havelock Way.
