Ana outdid herself. 14 pound turkey for two people because she doesnt believe in smaller ;) She made it in an electric roaster because we have oven problems and it still came out fantastic. Fresh sweet potato casserole loaded with brown sugar and marshmellows. Regular mashed potatoes (because you can never have too much starch) courtesy of Stew Leonards. Candied brussel sprouts (an amazing recipe where you saute the sprouts in balsamic vinaigrette and cranberries) Bread for the stuffing came from the local artisan bakery and all freshly chopped ingredients including fresh herbs. Turkey was seasoned with fresh rosemary stalks and coated with Cucina Aurora tomato olive oil. Desert is a pumpkin pie from Stew Leonards and peach pie from same artisan bakery. But the whipped cream is from scratch =)
