Analogia Project[Booming Vases] 이어서 소개드릴 것은 밀라노에 기반을 둔 Analogia Project는 디자이너 Adrea Mancuso와 건축가 Emilia Serra의 협력으로 만들어진 팀의 작품입니다. 그들은 일상성을 탐구하여 놀라움으로 바꾸어 놓는 작업을 주로 합니다. 소개드릴 화병은 도예가인 Alessio Sarri와의 콜라보레이션으로 만들어진 작품으로, 목적은 공기와 물질, 강인함과 연약함 같은 우리가 존재하는데에 있어서의 두 개의 서로 반대되는 필수 요소를 탐구하는 것이라고 합니다. 아래의 세라믹 꽃병은 이러한 이유에서 신선함의 유지와 폭발에 대한 모습을 모두 담아내고 있습니다. 그들은 꽃병을 만드는 과정에서도 실험적인 방법론을 사용했고, 그 후, 전통적인 세라믹 공정과 같이 건조하고 구워냈습니다. 그 결과 색색의 세라믹 블록이 폭발(?)하면서 세라믹! 하면 생각나는 그 흰색 색감을 보여주고 있습니다 ;) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Analogia Project[Booming Vases] Analogia Project is the result of collaboration between designer Adrea Mancuso and architect Emilia Serra. Their design studio approach is based on exploring the everydayness and turning it into wonderment. The vases are the result of a collaboration with master ceramist Alessio Sarri. The aim of these objects is to explore two opposite essential elements that make our existence: air and matter, power and fragility. Pure geometrical shapes of white refractory ceramic have been exploded when still fresh. The process of making them followed an experimental methodology. Afterwards, they have been left drying and then cooked, following a traditional ceramic process. The result is a block of coloured ceramic exploded showing its intimate white texture.
