Analogy Time - People say Jesus is their rock. Well often people treat it like granite. They put in their home because it looks good and holds up, but treat it like crap. They will throw things on it, sit on it, never take it with them because it would be a heavy burden. At the same time, if they know someone is coming over they clean it up and make it a beautiful décor piece in their home. Jesus because is your rock does mean you can step all over Him. He is your Rock to keep you from sinking in Sin.
