The Obama Administration is already soliciting bids for a “surge” up to 34 million “green cards” and work permits for illegal aliens. Last month, Barack Obama announced that he was delaying executive action to hand amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, until after the election. ***************************************** Lawless. Illegal. Unconstitutional. All of these terms are being used to describe this outrage this morning. But it will happen unless the people stand up to defeat it. **Two things you can do right now: (1) Defeat every single Democrat running for Senate this year, and “flip” the Senate away from Harry Reid’s and Obama’s control. (2) Contact your Governor, state Attorney General, and state representatives to demand they file preliminary injunctions in Federal Court to stop Obama’s lawless executive action. If even one court freezes the plan, it may be enough to stop it before 2016. Remind your state’s elected officials that Federal judge in Texas ruled last year that the entire DACA program is likely unconstitutional and may be thrown out in future litigation. If multiple states challenge it, it can be stopped, or at least delayed until a new administration takes over.
