Anambra Commissioner Wanted Over Alleged 419 The Special Fraud Unit, (SFU), Force Criminal Investigation Department, has declared a serving commissioner in Anambra State wanted over an alleged forgery and obtaining by false pretence offence perpetrated between 1996 and 2002. Mr. Vincent Ejikeme Ezewajiaku, the Anambra State Commissioner for Special Duties, allegedly obtained N10.6 million naira from an undisclosed businessman while he was managing director of a company called BIO Plastics Limited. SFU spokesperson, DSP Ngozi Insitume-Agu, said the Commissioner was invited to the Unit to answer questions bothering on the allegation, twice, but failed to appear. Detectives from the Unit whom she said visited Anambra state to effect Ezewajiaku’s arrest, later released him on bail to one Engineer Obi Okwudili who stood as a surety.
