She is excited to be joining the COCA team on a part-time basis. During her career, Cindy has served as a leader in multiple organizations; she has expertise in research/program evaluation, grant writing, and board/volunteer leadership. She has served on the Board of Directors of arts, human service, and professional organizations and has a commitment to volunteerism and philanthropy. In her spare time, she has enjoyed creating various types of art including multi-media collages and jewelry, mosaic, paper making, needlecraft, creative writing, theatre, and choral singing. She claims the only thing that didn’t suit her was acting – she believes she may be the only person who had a stage debut and swan song within the span of a single show! Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of the Pacific and a master’s degree from Florida State University. She also completed additional coursework in statistics, survey research, and facilitative leadership.
