And…Here. We. Go!!! I admit there were a few sleepless hours last night as my brain tried to transfer from a slow and steady season into our crazy-busy winter season. As I slid into my desk this morning, and surveyed the scary pile on my desk, I quickly realized that this job, this day, this season, is completely out of my hands. I bowed my head to create a quiet space and asked Jesus to take over. When I opened my eyes, I gratefully noticed the complete prayer of St. Patrick I recently taped to my computer screen. We normally see part of this in March. It begins with, “As I arise today, may the strength of God pilot me” and ends with, “Christ in every ear that hears me.” And that is camp! A place where God pilots and Christ is heard! So thankful for my job! (Beki)
