~~~~~ And I read Milan Kundera statement, “Human time does not run in a circle; it runs ahead in a straight line. That is why man cannot be happy: happiness is the longing for repetition.” May be what Kundera meant was a walking up to the ocean whr the wave has already disappeared, replaced by another wave, another sadness as in passion or the light dying at dusk…. Kundera perhaps thinks that the night is more alive and more richly colored than the day. Once you get close enough, you see what one is stitching is a human heart. But despite all its negatives n pitfalls of life, I yet demand that my heart must survive…on its own…and I even love life. If not in youth, then when shall one has the energy to do the tiresome things? At times, certain events bring sheer joy and I call it entropy of pleasure. Do u hear me Mr Kundera ?? so even if human time does run in a straight line, happiness doesn’t long 4 repetition and I’m learning it every day. ~~~~~
