The ICC was created by the Rome Statute which came into force on 1 July 2002 The Court has established itself in The Hague, Netherlands, but its proceedings may take place anywhere. It is intended to complement existing national judicial systems, and may only exercise its jurisdiction when national courts are unwilling or unable to investigate or prosecute such crimes. Currently, 122 states are states parties to the Statute of the Court, including all of South America, nearly all of Europe, most of Oceania and roughly half the countries in Africa. A further 31 countries, including Russia, have signed but not ratified the Rome Statute. I want to call attention to the fact that this is. the Statute of Rome, and also that 153 nations signed it . The law of treaties obliges these states to refrain from “acts which would defeat the object and purpose” of the treaty until they declare they do not intend to become a party to the treaty. In a sense, Jesus, the light of the world came in the 4000th year of time, the fourth day in Gods timing, though He would have been about 25, when the 4000th year according to the chronology was. more on that, but for now, the moon is to reflect the light of the sun on a dark earth, and we, the church are to do just that of the Son. As for the stars; Dan 12:3 And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. 153, is also a triangular number. Now ten also is a triangular number. Imagine ten bowling pins. You have four rows of pins, and each row has one more pin than the previous row. the four row has four pins and the fourth pin is number 10. 153, is the seventeenth pin, in the seventeenth row of pins. Seventeen, is a significant number in the beast that comes out of the sea in Rev. 13, further mentioned in Revelation 17. Another fact about this number is that it has 6 arrangements possible. the lowest would be 135, and the highest would be 531, Add the two together 666. the second lowest is 153, and the second highest is 513. Add them. finally, the middle two arangements 315, and 351. The UN, founded on the principle of international peace and security, was formed at a time of Chaos. The sea in the word is is often used symbolically for chaos. At the end of WWII, the whole world was affected . The UN, has a security council, and this council, is made up of 10 non- permanent seats and 5 permanent seats. The 10 seats are changed at certain intervals, but the 5 seats must be unanimously in agreement for a resolution to pass. These are the ones if you will, who have the true crowns. These permanent seats include; United Kingdom, France, USA, Russia, and China, of the nations. Recently, we have been hearing of the 5+1 meeting together in peace talks, the sixth one, being Germany. There are two permanent non member states as of now, that also may sit in on the general assembly, and these two are Palestine, and the Vatican. Palestine was voted in in 2012 Now, the security general is also permanent, and when elected can stay until he either dies, retires, or is voted out by the 5. I suspect another time of Chaos is on the horizon, perhaps during this six month treaty, with Iran. The Vatican, under Pope Francis, seems to be playing a more important role in these days towards peace and security, than it has in the past, The UN, in 1996, began its preliminary work on the establishment of the ICC, the Statute of Rome, 25 years before 2021/22 in the Hebrew calendar. Other nations suggested, are Brazil, South Africa, and perhaps Saudi Arabia, who just turned down a non-permanent seat recently, shocking the world. They cited their reasons as the failure to act against the syrian regime of the UN, and the USA, and the failure to resolve the Palestinian conflict. They also were opposed to Morsi and the Islamic brotherhood, and in a rare occurance seem to be in agreement with Israel on the Iran Nuclear weopons deal, even meeting regarding this issue. If you have noticed recently, as nations have come into distress, there is a move towards the authority of the UN for diplomacy and before an action is taken against any other nation. In part, this is due to the ICC, and even recently it has been suggested that George Bush, and Tony Blair should be tried for their crimes against humanity. There will be a time, when; And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast. These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast. They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.” Rev. 17.
