And another one bites the dust. What a night. Im promoting these nights, telling you all how good the bands are etc, and even I am surprised when they surpass all my expectations. Busted Futon told me last night that they put their band together almost specifically for this gig and I hope the keep it going because they were fantastic! KAATO and The Archaic Revival made a triumphant return. They both happened to be on the same bill last time they played at Leather & Leopard and this time around I thought they were both even better than before. I personally hope to see all three bands back on the L&L stage in the near future. And then there was Bette Von Bomb. Two words... Nailed it! (Video up soon!) Odin and Honey were fantastic on the decks as always and a special thank you to Shakari for stepping in at the last second to be out door girl. Also, the unsung hero of the live music scene, the sound guy last night pulled an amazing mix. Probably the best Ive heard in that room.
