What they REALLY mean is: If your willing to work hard, for very little money, with the highest interest, and inflation rates in the history of the world, AND refrain from telling anyone theyre causing it, THEN, and ONLY THEN, can you build a good life for you and your family, assuming your one of the elite. Its a play on words folks, and thats WHY they use the statement so much. Itd interesting to have JUST ONE of these people define what PLAY BY THE RULES means.
