And fast on the heels of our 4th December dog is our 5th December - TopicsExpress

And fast on the heels of our 4th December dog is our 5th December dog, lovely Tigger. Tigger is 8 years old and has never known a loving home. Raced then dumped on an allotment with 2 other Greyhounds, it was clear when they arrived that theyd been mostly left to fend for themselves. As you can see from the photograph of when The Allotment 3 arrived, all were underweight. In the early days, Tig had no bond with his walkers or carers and could strip a shrub of fruit in seconds - a habit he clearly had to adopt to survive before coming into rescue. Now, Tig is on a diet as hes become a little plump! Despite regular daily walks, Tig can usually be found like a dead cock roach - upside down with his legs in the air, hence the expanding waistline...... Tig will need a loving owner who is aware of their surroundings - Tig has improved dramatically out on walks but will still try and be a squirrel when he sees a squirrel. This dog is so affectionate and bonded with his carers now, we desperately want to see this guy in a home for the rest of his years. Tig is available on our foster scheme.
