And guys... DOT and state inspections are different state to state and in different countries. New York does safety and emission inspections yearly. Wisconsin does neither and Nevada only does emissions. SO dont think you know everything about dot laws and inspections unless you read about other states laws and find out how much they enforce them. Because you look like a horses ass telling people in other states about breaking the law when you dont know the law outside of your city or state.
