And professional growth workshops are officially LAUNCHED! 40 practitioners yesterday on the Science of Sleep, 47 practitioners today on the Therapeutic Self. Both workshops were a combination of my professional work but also my personal story, so I was definitely feeling a little vulnerable coming into this week... But I did it! And feel great!! Several inquiries were made about future workshops, several AHA! moments had by audience members in understanding their own health and wellness... My heart is feeling so full right now, I am so blessed to be doing what I love. One of the best pieces of feedback came from a participant who had seen me present several years ago in Kelowna, during a professional growth workshop on challenging behaviours and sensory processing. She came up to me at the end and said I saw you present three years ago, and I just wanted to say - it is so obvious watching you today that youve found your passion, the energy youre radiating, in how you present yourself and your work. Thank you for sharing this with us! Ill need to process that a bit longer, but wow, thank you for taking the time to share that with me, for reconfirming that yes, amidst the trials and tribulations, I am very much on the right path... So now Im heading home, very much looking forward to some snuggles with my boys, and excited for what tomorrow will bring!
