And shes 13!!!! To my Lola on your 13th birthday, Who knew...time flies so fast! Just a few years back you were this bundle of pinkalicious energy that came into our lives to fill it with silliness, adventure and twirls (tons of twirls). You have turned out to be so much more than I expected... A remarkable young lady with an amazing resilience and happy go lucky view of life. I love seeing life thru your eyes! I look forward to walking next to you as you start figuring life out on your own. Being a teen is no easy task, but I trust you, your maturity and know that I will always be nearby. I am truly blessed to have been chosen as your mamá. My 13 wishes (more like life reminders) for you as you turn into your teens are: 1. Never loose FAITH, keep a positive outlook in life 2. Know that NO ONE loves you as much as Daddy and I 3. EAT dessert FIRST :) 4. Dont be AFRAID to say No to someone or something 5. Have FUN and LOTS of IT 6. Stay close to your brother, he will ALWAYS have your BACK 7. Be HUMBLE, its not about the THINGS you own 8. FAMILY comes FIRST 9. YOU are BEAUTIFUL, LOVE YOURSELF!! 10. Dance, it makes you HAPPY 11. You can be WHATEVER you set your mind to BE 12. Dont waste TIME being MAD, LIFE is too SHORT 13. Make good CHOICES, but know that its OK to mess up (its part of growing up) So, there you have it baby girl...always my sweet baby girl.
