And so, it begins ... This morning I start an 8-week Renewal Leave from my pastoral ministry. During the time, Ill be focused on three things: my family, my call to ministry, and my music. Though its something Ive been planning to do for about five years now, Im apprehensive about stepping away, even for a relatively short time. Id ask your prayers, both for me and for my wonderful congregation, Graceumc, that we may all find it a blessing, both in the short term and the long term. I dont know how much Ill be on FB over the next right weeks. Its one of the struggles I will have to sort out. But, in a sense, that is part of the purpose. In any case, Grace and Peace to you all!
