And so it’s back to normal for a lot of people today. I certainly witnessed it this morning in the gym, and personally it’s always good to see. What I think the hardest challenge about this time of year, is that we force ourselves to get into this environment which can be very harsh, and that’s supposed to motivate us to do stuff. The problem then becomes, if you don’t do this new stuff for long periods of time, what are then the consequences? Nothing. Nothing’s going to happen. You then becomes unfocused, and by the time you need to be focused you don’t have the habits built up. You don’t have the track record of habits build up and you’re finished! We always think we can do more everyday even though we know we can’t so it never amounts to much. This is because we don’t have the little track record of small habits built up. This is where being accountable is key. Accountable to a choice or a person. A coach. A coach will guide you, will listen to you, educate you and will show you how to build up these new habits. If you don’t want to be another number that’s just going to accept you can’t sustain new habits. I can show you that it’s possible to improve your life without the frustrations you might think you have to endure. I can take the hits so that you succeed.
