And sometimes, you say yes to an event...having very little knowledge of what its about...and next thing you know, youre all dolled up at the Dolby Theatre, hearing such people as Meryl Streep, Sally Field, Michael Douglas, Lily Tomlin, Cameron Diaz and MORE honor Jane Fonda, who received the AFI Life Achievement Award. I admit, outside of 9 to 5, On Golden Pond and workout videos, I really didnt know that much about Jane Fonda. WOW! Words cannot express how in awe of her I am...and to hear her peers speak about her was incredible. She is truly a force to be reckoned with! From feminism, to politics, to equal rights, to humanitarianism, she is SUCH an inspiration! Not to mention the movies shes produced, people shes inspired and performances shes mastered. I will now proceed to school myself on all things #JaneFonda and LOVE every second of it. Thanks, Sibby Kirchgessner for inviting me! It was such a treat to share such an amazing night with you!
