And that is a wrap for Moveable Feast for 2014. 13 episodes in 4 weeks across the USA. A huge thank you to all the team on Moveable Feast for their tireless work to showcase the chefs and the producers of such amazing food from land and sea. Witnessing first hand the dedication that these farmers and chefs have to sourcing non gmo, chemical free and suatainable food gives me hope that little by little and through wise choices we can help spread the message that it does come down to a choice who we decide to support...big agribusiness that has little regard for the health of the land or its consumers or the Farmers and fisherman that are putting it all on the line and living their lifes purpose to share with us food as close to as nature intended. Today I had the pleasure of working with Sam Hayward The Fore and Rob Evans DuckFat from Portland, Maine. The fellas took me mussel harvesting and we foraged in the forest and they also introduced me to goat fat which was a revelation. And to finish off, who would have thought that the most shy kid at school would end up hosting 3 different TV series in a year in 2 different countries. Always remember that growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone and attempt things that challenge us physically, mentally and spiritually and never let the naysayers or negative people get in the way of your dreams. it is your passion and your dreams which scares the crap out of them. Live your lifes purpose and keep growing with Love and Laughter.
