And then there comes that moment when you say, I am also being called to do THIS! Im very blessed and happy to have a robust client load of intellectual property work, but I get a lot of calls for estate work by people who say, in essence, I know IP is your area of speciality, but I TRUST you, and I want you to write my will/trust/etc. I am deeply honored by that trust, and I love love LOVE helping people both understand complex legal issues and take proactive care of their family. Those types of calls are only going to increase as the baby boomer population gets closer and closer to promotion. So! Im going to expand my law practice and include estate planning. And Im very grateful to have a couple of awesome mentors in this practice area who are kind enough and supportive enough to answer any questions I may have as I move forward in this professional evolution. :) #TNladylawyer #IP #IPMediation #WillsAndEstates
