The Oasis of Hope Devotional for 2day! Every problem has a root! Sometimes we have problems as a result of d world we live in, d choices we make, d enemy we face, d people we know, d progress we make in life, & when God allows us to go through trials. Beloved, what do u do when u are facing problems that u cannot solve? What do u do when yo heart is broken, yo dreams are shattered & yo hopes have been dashed to bits? What do u do when u have fasted, prayed, praised, sow seed, etc.. & yet d problems persist? To effectively deal with a problem, wisdom demands that u locate d source. The storm is raging. The ship is about to break, properties lost, & many were close to their deaths. To put an end to d problem, they decided to located d root. Many people are where they are now in spite of d fasting, d deliverance & other efforts bcos attempts at resolving their matter are not getting at d root or d source. Problems are like trees. A tree that is cut down does not cease to grow. With time, it gets nourishment from its source & springs up again. The only time u’re assured of total victory is when u deal with d root of a problem. It is not enough for yo Goliath to fall. He can rise again after recovering strength. Until d head is off, there should be no celebration. Many of us still engage in premature celebration of victory. Put such celebrations on hold until victory is total. Take necessary corrective measures & u will be free. Ask God to unveil or to reveal d source of that problem u are facing. Admit there is a problem. Deal with it; u cannot solve any problem by ignoring it! Repent & confess every secret sins. Seek His face for yo total deliverance. Yo faith in God’s promises is yo source of strength in times of trouble. U shall overcome! “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jer. 33:3.
