Yesterday in continuation of cadre restructuring some TAs were promoted as Inspectors in Nagpur commissionarate of Bhopal zone. I dont know what criteria was applied but 2/3 deserving candidates who are known hard and sincere workers were failed in personal Interview due to stage fright whereas some persons who have never lifted pen in their career have become Inspectors. Strange.... Frightening is the future in this department.
