And today being the final day of this Terran year-cycle 2014, I offer you the final list. This was one of the hardest of these lists that I compiled, because most of those listed rank high with me overall...It was difficult to show their current state of failure. DISCLAIMER: Yes, I realize a lot of the things listed below happened several years ago, but these are the results at the end of 2014 as conceived by myself and myself alone. These lists are by no means meant to insult or berate anyone, so do not shout OBJECTION! at me for my opinions. I am entitled to mine just as much as anyone else is entitled to theirs, so all I ask for is respect on the matter. Top Ten of the worst Decepticons of 2014: 10. Thundercracker. One of the most formidable air warriors, relegated to writing soap-operas and making kissie-face with a dog. No. 9. Sixshot. Hands down, one of the greatest Phase-Sixers to exist, has been shelved as a traitor. 8. Cyclonus. Once a proud air warrior, now fawning OTP-fodder. 7. Overlord. Power incarnate, reduced to blubbering insanity. Shameful. 6. The Constructicons. After losing Scrapper to a humans vengeance, they suck up to an Autobot fool and make him the helm of Devastator. And after their bastardization in Bayformers, this is unacceptable. 5. Soundwave. One of the deadliest and most loyal of Decepticons, is suddenly now the voice of peace and a heroic figure? No. 4. Starscream. A shadow of the powerful and ambitious second-in-command, now the figurative mayor of Cybertron with the personality of sawdust. Transformers: Prime could have salvaged his good designation, but IDW took it too far gone. 3. Shockwave. Once the premier scientist for all of Cybertron and the reason Sol III has energon to begin with, ret-conned as a kindly Senator wronged by his peers and turned into a sparkless monster. LIES! Another one that could have been saved by the stellar portrayal in Transformers: Prime, but those chances were utterly destroyed by IDW. 2. All IDW Decepticon original characters, like the members of the D.J.D., and that Deceptigod/D-Void......THING. 1. Megatron. His Lordship himself, the very spark of the Decepticon Empire, reduced to sporting the sigil he railed against for hundreds of millions of vorn and began plying for peace. This is why IDW is rubbish. Yes, he does appear twice on these lists, but it was necessary to do so.
