And we Lost a soldier... Some hours before his death, we met in KASU, spoke at length and the last thing he said was, Sir Douglas.... Hope you know that with this award you no longer have any right any longer to abandon this struggle? I loughs over the statement and left. that was on Monday afternoon... Last night being Tuesday, as I flipped over the pages of GURARA I came across a post that pronounced him death. I wished it was a joke but then a call to his aunt and his fellow medical students has thrown away my wish by giving me more bruises abt his death.. His name is Decalogue Prometheus Nyan, a good soldier of our struggle... According to reports he left his mates some hours after we met to Murtala Square for a jug, as that is his own way of keeping fit on daily basis and everyone around him knows that. But then he never returned and when they made attempt to find him after missing him for sometime they went to Murtala Square and the police said they picked a death man on that fateful day to st Gerard hospital. Now owing to the fact that Murtala Square is not an isolated area, a public place with a lot of people roaming, it means somehow somehow, someone must have known or seen how Decalogue died but then all I hear is that, he was just found there lying death. I pray the family find the fortitude to bear the loss, my condolence to his fiends and coleagues in KASU as well as the Kaduna Youth Forum... I wish the clueless men saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the security of the lives and properties of poor Nigerians beaf up and get on top of the mysterious death of Decalogue...
