Luke 1:76-79. Zacharias was talking about John the Baptist who was to go before and share the good news of Jesus Christ and His coming. That was Gods purpose and destiny for him. What is God calling us to do? Are we sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in our every day lives for what He has done for us? No matter who we are and what we do, God can use each and everyone of us to share His love with others around us. Look for opportunities where we can serve. At home or at work, are we a willing vessel God can use to be the hands and feet of Jesus? We are all the body of Christ with Jesus at the head. God has given each one of us a special gift that can be used for His kingdom. Whether we are called to preach, or called to raise a child as a parent, each and every calling is important. What ever we are called to do, do it unto the Lord and glorify Him.
