I cant wait for the pregnant woman in coloradoan, who was thrown by security to be ridiculed again by them, in court if thats where it has to go to be resolved. if you want to continue the conversation, that would be great, i dont mind if you are accurate or insulting, i love words and the meaning behind them, and your message has been very helpful. you dont say what your association is to the club, but what you say can only be from one? why does their defense not wear their colors? i was very careful to establish that i was not in a position to offer a settlement, only suggest one to both parties and liaise between them to see if they both thought there was a decent resolve. all parties involved except club owner were in agreement the day after, but he used video as justification. i honestly think that my bands reputation at 150 shows a year is good, in comparison to the clubs aggressive reputation, drink infractions etc. and i can only imagine that this couldnt be sorted out decently due to the fear of precedent. it has happened too often. there is a song in all this, The Aggie War song, of A+M Texas. would you be ok if we transferred this thread to a public one? if you confident, why not? this has to be sorted out, Candys very respectful and hugely upset Hawaiian family are adamant, and that is above and beyond the current efforts by myself and The Agency Group at the highest levels to resolve this matter. Others have made suggestions of settlement too, so i will be interested to see how all encompassing any counter suits might be on that matter. we find a lot of unattributed and inaccurate defenses being thrown up, which makes the truth all the more fascinating. my wristband onstage has the words the love you give lasts forever written on it. the demo of a new song titled that was the theme of a memorial service in coronado for a friend of mine. people get hurt and you laugh? is that why so many get hurt at the Aggie ? please get back if you can, ive waited over a week for a real conversation, and that is all that has ever been needed here. dave x
