Android Developer Experience: 1.5 to 2.5 years and multiple projects experience in a hands on development role for the Android platform Qualification: BE/B Tech in Computer Science or IT Job Description: We are seeking an Android mobile application developer. This individual should have 1.5 to 2.5 years and multiple projects experience in a hands on development role for the Android platform. This experience must be with developing native Android applications. - Android development experience - Mobile application development experience - Frontend UI and backend development experience - Work with business teams to understand application requirements - Integrate designs for new requirements into the existing platform - Agile/Scrum development process experience - Hands on development experience - Knowledge of Design Patterns, algorithms and data structures - Work with QA and Operations teams to resolved code defects and customer impacting issues Technologies: 1. Android‘s common software design patterns. 2. Multimedia and video streaming. 3. Experience of working with remote data via REST and JSON. 4. Experience with third party libraries and API’s. 5. Experience of optimizing, refactoring and debugging views and layout hierarchies. 6. Familiarity with developing application for Social Platforms. 7. Knowledge of location API is an added advantage. Requirements: 1. Design and development of new mobile applications and features. 2. Test, debug, and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle. 3. Work with Tech team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered according to the requirements and with the highest quality. 4.
